• Clearance items and digital downloads are non-refundable.

Email us at support@herbalbioalchemy.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

3. Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged product. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.
